The 54th Annual SETP European Symposium will take place in Toulouse, France on 23-26 June 2025. Etienne de Malleray (F), Airbus Test Pilot, is the Chairman of this event and Cyril Cizabuiroz (M), ATR Head of Flight Test and Test Pilot, is the Technical Chairman.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Monday, 23 June 2025:
Attendees arrive in Toulouse. A Welcome Reception will take place in the late afternoon at the Plaza Hotel Capitole, Place du Capitole. This hotel will be the headquarters location for the Symposium.

MONDAY, 23 JUNE - ARRIVAL/REGISTRATION:
A registration desk will be located at the Plaza Hotel Capitol reception area from 15:00 – 20:00. At this time, you will be able to pick up your registration materials. The Welcome Reception for socializing and networking will be held at the Hotel Plaza from 17:00 – 23:00. There is no charge for this event and registration is not required.
NOTE: For all Technical Sessions and the Technical Tour/Aeroscopia Museum, coffee breaks and lunches are included and roundtrip transportation from Downtown Toulouse will be provided by Airbus (the bus meeting location will be provided in registration materials).
TUESDAY, 24 JUNE - TECHNICAL SESSIONS 1 AND 2; PARTNER'S TOUR ALBI; RECEPTION AT CITY HALL:
A registration desk will be located at the Airbus Leadership University (ALU) from 07:30 – 08:30.
The Technical Session 1 will be held at Airbus Leadership University from 08:30 – 12:00
The Technical Session 2 will be held at Airbus Leadership University from 13:30 – 16:30
The Partner’s Tour to Albi is a one hour bus ride for a full day trip beginning at 08:45 and returning at approximately 17:00 (the bus meeting location will be provided in registration materials). The town of Albi is one of the jewels of SW France situated on the River Tarn. Dominating the skyline is it's magnificent fortified cathedral Saint Cecil. The largest brick built cathedral ever constructed and a Gothic landmark, it houses large interior frescoes such as the dramatic 'Last Judgement', the centuries old Palais de la Bernie houses, the Toulouse-Lautrec museum, the artist being an Albi born painter. Also in Albi is the Lapérouse Museum, named after Jean-Francois de Galaup de Lapérouse. He took part in the expedition of Bougainville, ordered by Louis XVI. M de Bougainville not only discovered the eponym flower but also had a role in the war between the newborn United States of America and the United Kingdom. Albi is known as the Red City due to the preponderance of brick construction. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An English speaking guide, museums and lunch with wine are included. Please bring comfortable walking shoes.
A Reception will be held by the Mayor of Toulouse in the famous Salle des Illustres, in the City Hall located at the Place du Capitole next to the hotels Grand Balcon and Plaza Hôtel Capitole, beginning at 18:30. There is no charge for this event, however please confirm how many in your party will attend below.
WEDNESDAY, 25 JUNE - TECHNICAL SESSIONS 3 AND 4; PARTNER'S TOUR DOWNTOWN TOULOUSE; GALA DINNER:
The Technical Session 3 will be held at the Airbus Leadership University from 08:30 – 12:00
The Technical Session 4 will be held at the Airbus Leadership University from 13:30 – 16:30
The Partner’s Tour in Downtown Toulouse will take place from 09:30 – 14:00. You will visit many historical monuments with an English speaking guide. Please bring comfortable walking shoes, as this is all toured by foot. The cost is $30 per person and includes lunch.
In the evening, the Gala Dinner will take place in the Salle Doumergue of the Palais Consulaire from 18:30 - 23:30. This venue is a short walk from the Plaza Hotel (approximately a 10-15 minute walk on typical European style sidewalks).
THURSDAY, 26 JUNE - TECHNICAL TOUR; FIRESIDE CHAT; AEROSCOPIA MUSEUM:
The Technical Tour will be take place at Airbus with facilities visits beginning at 10:00 (this portion of the Tour is for full symposium registrants ONLY). It will be followed by lunch at Le restaurant d’Aeroscopia, a fireside chat with senior test pilots and a visit to the Aeroscopia Museum, located at 1 All. André Turcat, 31700 Blagnac. Roundtrip transportation for full symposium registrants from Downtown Toulouse will be provided by Airbus (the bus meeting location will be provided in registration materials). The return time to Downtown Toulouse will be at approximately 16:30, however, you may arrange your own transportation at any time during the day to depart Airbus if necessary due to your own schedule (the airport is close by and there will be space to store luggage if you bring that with you on the bus to the Tour location). The Technical Tour at Airbus is only for full symposium registrants, however the lunch/fireside chat & Aeroscopia Museum are for guests as well. SETP will contact you for a copy of your passport per Airbus security requirements in order to attend the Tour. Please also bring your passport with you to the Tour.
