Do I need to login to my SETP Member’s Only account to register?
No, the registration site does not require anyone to login to their SETP profile since the Symposium is open to anyone that would like to attend.
When will I receive an email invitation to download the mobile app used at the Symposium?
Once you have processed a transaction on the registration site for anything, you will receive an email invitation within a week from Cvent to download the app.
What is included in the full registration?
A full registration includes all technical sessions, 1 Thursday dinner ticket and one Friday Luncheon ticket. Any other events must be purchased separately.
I already registered but want to add additional tickets to my order, how do I do that?
If you need to purchase additional tickets for any event, simply return to the registration site and purchase just those tickets needed. Do not select items you have already purchased, as your credit card will be charged again for those.
My company/affiliation (i.e. government/military) will pay for my registration but not other events - how can I purchase these events with my personal credit card?
You should visit the registration site and select just the events you would like to personally purchase. The SETP Staff will ensure that all registration items purchased under your name are in 1 packet for you to pick up upon arrival to our registration desk at the hotel.
I am not sure if my company or admin team registered me or not – who should I contact to confirm?

If I am an Exhibitor working my company’s exhibit space, do I need to register for technical sessions and/or other events?
Exhibitors only need to register for any technical sessions and/or events that they would like to attend by visiting the registration site to purchase those. Exhibit space does not include event tickets or access to the technical sessions. A name badge will be provided to Exhibitors during their booth set up on Wednesday, 23 September.
After rooms sell out at any of the 3 hotels SETP has contracted with, will there be a waitlist?

Note - Government-rated rooms are only available at The Disneyland Hotel. Note – the deadline to book a room at the group rate is 3 September 2026.
I need to register more than 1 individual - how do I do that?
Our registration site requires you to register each person individually if they are signing up for the technical sessions. Therefore, you will need to process each person separately on the site.
I have a list of people who need to be registered - how do I do that?

I am being registered via an SF-182 process – who should this information be sent to?

Can I register for the technical sessions and/or other events upon arrival to the hotel for myself and/or a guest(s)?
The registration site will close on 16 September 2026 at 12pm PDT. Pre-registration for all sales is required by this time. We cannot guarantee that registering for the technical sessions and/or tickets to other events will be available.
Will SETP have discounted theme park tickets available at the registration desk at the hotel?
Discounted tickets to the theme parks will NOT be available at the SETP Registration Desk. You may purchase these using the hotel booking link. When clicking the room link, there is an option to either book your room or purchase theme park tickets. Please be sure to read all information on the store's website related to the reservations requirement for your tickets, policies related to refunds, etc. SETP is not responsible for anything related to the purchase of theme park tickets and any inquiries regarding tickets should be directed to the Disneyland Resort at (714) 520-7053. Please do not contact SETP Headquarters with questions related to theme park tickets.
