Hotel reservations are now being accepted for SETP's Annual Symposium & Banquet! We recommend that you book a room early to ensure you receive the group rate, even if you are uncertain of your attendance. You can always cancel the room if necessary (please review the hotel cancellation policy). The last day to book a room at the group rate is 3 September 2026 unless the block sells out prior to this date, then prevailing rates may apply. Rooms are subject to availability. To book a room at the group rate for the main block at The Grand Californian Hotel or an additional option at Pixar Place Hotel (formally Paradise Pier Hotel), please click HERE.
This year's government rate block will be located at the Disneyland Hotel. This is the only hotel where you can receive the government rate. Please use this link HERE to book your room at this rate if you are **active duty military, DoD personnel or a U.S. Federal Gov't employee. The appropriate I.D. for government rate rooms will be required at the time of check-in.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Only one government room reservation per attendee that is registered to attend the Technical Sessions will be allowed.
- Multiple room reservations for a government employee will not be allowed. The government rooms are limited and need to be available to those who qualify. **You are not eligible for this room rate because you are retired from the military or because your company has a federal contract.
- The SETP Staff will review the rooming list at the gov't rate and you will be contacted for verification if we see that you booked a room at this rate and we believe you do not qualify or you have multiple reservations. Some of our active-duty attendees end up not being able to book at the gov't rate due to others booking rooms incorrectly.
More information on the events and the registration site will be available towards the end of June. An email will be sent to the membership once the site is open to register.
